Everything parents and voters need: registering, voting, payments, photos and account problems.

Registering as a parent/guardian or voter

This website is the only official place to register. Any other registration route should be treated as fraudulent.

Create your account by completing every required field in the sign-up form.
Choose Parent/Guardian if you want to enter a child, or Voter if you only want to vote.
We email you a verification link — click it to confirm your account.
Log in, then register your child into the running quarterly competition.
Once your entry is confirmed, your kiddie is in the running to be the next Cutty Kiddies King or Queen of the quarter.

One account does everything: register your children and vote for any child you like.
See the leaderboards, live vote totals and the state of the competition from your dashboard.
Your dashboard is also where we send communication about changes, upgrades and requirements — check it regularly.
Parents can invite friends, family and colleagues to register as voters. Voting is open to anyone, anywhere.

Voting is by each child's unique contestant code.

Log in, find the child on the Vote page or open their profile link, and cast your vote.
EFT, digital transfer and deposit payments: use the child's unique contestant code as the payment reference, otherwise the vote cannot be matched.
Additional paid voting channels are being added as the competition grows — details will appear here first.
Never include extra spaces, words or characters with a contestant code; the code must be exact.

Not received the confirmation email? Check your promotions and spam folders before requesting another.
Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the login page and watch for the reset email.
Don't copy and paste your email or password — some browsers insert invisible characters. Type them manually.
Make sure there is no leading or trailing space in the email or password fields.
Still stuck? Email us and our team will verify your account and help you reset it.

You may change your child's profile photo up to three times during a competition period.
Log in, open your dashboard, select your child and upload the new photo.
All photos are reviewed by our team — allow up to 48 hours for approval and display.
Refresh your browser or clear your cache if you still see the old photo after approval.

The same rules apply to every entrant; pausing or vote checks are automated system processes, not a penalty against a child.
We run continuous fraud monitoring during the competition and a full audit once it closes.
Any attempt to rig the competition results in removal of the offender or re-awarding of prizes.
All voting data is shown transparently on your dashboard, and we aim to resolve voting queries quickly.

Entry fees are R250 (0–6 years), R350 (7–14 years) and R500 (15–18 years).
Pay by EFT using your child's contestant code as the reference.
Upload your proof of payment in your dashboard — the entry stays “awaiting payment” until our team approves it.
Once approved, your child appears publicly and can receive votes.
